order process
velvet letter is based in sydney, australia. we accept american express, discover, mastercard, visa and union pay. digital wallets accepted include paypal, google pay, apple pay. international conversion rates may apply.
orders take up to 48 hours to process before shipping on weekdays, weekend order processed next business day.
once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and a confirmation of shipment.
all clients are responsible for providing the correct shipping and billing information as well as promotional or gift card codes at checkout. please note that only one promotional code can be used per transaction. please note that we are unable to apply any promotional codes to an order after it has been placed.
velvetletter is not responsible for costs related to returned packages due to not claiming a package and/or providing an incorrect address. If a package is returned to our studio, please note that the client is responsible for the re-shipping fee as the original shipping label will be void. We will reach out to the client with a link to re-purchase shipping. Original shipping and processing fees cannot be refunded. If the client does not purchase the re-shipping label or if the package is refused by the intended receiver, the purchase will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
international duties & tax
U.S.A: will not incur any additional costs, the checkout total is the final total.
everywhere else: international shipments may be subject to customs fees and import taxes upon delivery determined by the shipment’s destination country. please note that the recipient of the shipment is responsible for any fees or duties if found by customs.
signature confirmation
signature confirmation upon delivery is required for all velvetletter purchases.
velvet letter is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged mail. we take great care in packaging every single one of your items so that it does not damage during shipping. once your package has left our studio, it is in the care of your mail courier and all following action will need to be taken with your local post office.
